About Michelle
I didn’t start in coaching.
I started in systems.
For years, I worked inside organizations auditing processes, assessing risk, evaluating compliance, and identifying the gaps between what was written on paper and what was actually happening in real life. I learned how institutions function. I learned how leaders make decisions. I learned how people protect themselves when pressure is high.
And I began to notice something.
Most organizational problems aren’t strategy problems.
They’re nervous system problems.
They’re shame problems.
They’re burnout patterns.
They’re unspoken dynamics that no spreadsheet will ever capture.
That realization changed everything.
Today, I bring together two worlds:
A background in organizational systems, compliance, and leadership environments
A depth-oriented, trauma-informed approach rooted in somatics, Internal Family Systems, and Jungian psychology
I help leaders and teams build cultures that are grounded, regulated, and human — without losing performance, accountability, or results.
My work focuses on:
Shame-informed leadership
Burnout recovery and nervous system regulation
Embodied communication
Trauma-aware organizational training
Executive coaching rooted in psychological depth
This isn’t about becoming softer.
It’s about becoming more integrated.
When leaders understand how stress, shame, and survival patterns shape behavior, they lead differently. When teams feel safe and resourced, performance improves naturally.
I believe organizations don’t transform through force.
They transform through awareness.
And that begins within.
